Great location, run down building

Good apartment with everything we needed Air conditioner King bed Wifi

Very difficult to find entrance to apartment and host did not meet us and did not answer our phone calls. This made that start of our stay very stressful Building is very run down and dirty, I was shocked Hot water is only available by turning on a switch No elevator at all in building and apartment is on level 5

Excellent opportunity to enjoy Sai Gon, located in an ideal area for travelers

The apartment was very well organized, clean, not noisy at all, it was located on the 5th floor without lift, but that wasn't a problem for me since I never use a lift. The location is ideal for travelers since it is n the heart of Saigon tourist area. Bui Vien street is a pedestrian area at night and the ideal place to enjoy a good time: bars, live music...

All in all, it is a nice place to stay. It will be great to be improved.

I like the Modern Appartment Bui Vien because: 1. It is easy to access to shops, restaurants, bus stations, travel agencies and especially it is easy to find; 2. We felt like our home; 3. We were happy to stay within the same building of local people so that we could compare our culture and theirs; 4. We have not expected that It is more lively during the night than during the day especially at the weekend. It was great to discover such thing

I am kind of person who likes to be clean everywhere not really perfect but in an acceptable way. I think the Appartment was not clean enough as I saw the dirts in the areas where they should be cleaned. Moreover, the bathroom was smelly though there was a vaccum.

Good place to enjoy the nightlife

A place bustling with noise, especially after 7 p.m. You can walk to the street and grab a beer everyday. The room is good, almost everything you need are available here. The hot water in the shower room is nice and stable. The kind host also help us to carry 2 suit cases to the room which at 5th floor because there's no elevator.

A little bit noisy in the night because a night bar is right next to the apartment at ground floor. In the morning, it would be smelly on the street.

Pass on this place

Staff was very friendly

Strong musty smell that didn't go away. The AC was not cold. The place was dirty. Lighting in the bedroom was almost nonexistent. The shower was cold. This place is on the 5 floor. No elevator. Exhausting to go up and down every day. Looks cute in pictures, but reality is a huge disappointment

It’s very cozy and modern.

It’s very cozy and modern. The bathroom has a big shower and is really modern and nice! The owner was super friendly and really helpful with tips and advices! The location of this small apartment is really insane! It’s directly on Bui Vien! And yes you don’t have a window in the apartment but that’s an absolute advantage because you don’t hear a single noise at night though there are big bars right outside on the street! Absolutely loved it there!

It’s only made for 3 guest and then if you want to the 4th guest has to stay on a tiny couch. So better come here as 2 or 3 and you will have an awesome stay!

Good location for backpackers who are travelling cheap and want to be on Bui Vien. Apartment is a decent size for the price and it's clear that an effort was made to make the place homey.

No natural light at all in the apartment. Bathroom wasn't clean. Building is old and run down.
